Anesh was amazing during the entire process of buying our home. We are in a pretty unique situation, which complicated a few things, and I was also out of country for work for a bit, but Anesh was able to make it work around our schedule. He's very personable and professional and I recommend using him, especially if you are a first time buyer or in a unique situation.

Thanks to these reviews, I found Nesh when looking to buy as a FTB. Now I've completed, I get to add to them so hopefully someone else can have the incredible experience I had! I made a nervous call to Nesh ahead of finding a house. I wanted to have a broker in place for when I found the right property. I was anxious about the whole process as it seemed there was far too much to know. Nesh offered to meet for coffee and he walked me through the whole process, start to finish, including when I would need to act, timeframes and costs. He recommended trusted 3rd parties, such as solicitors and the surveyor, which put me at ease. I found a property ideal for me a couple of months later and I called Nesh straight away. He immediately got the ball rolling and advised on the next steps. We met the following week to get all the details in the books and he started looking into my options. We met at my house the week after that and Nesh came prepared with tailored product choices. He went through every facet of each option, with pros and cons, cost breakdowns and we even tailored the options futher based on our discusion. I ended up with a mortgage I was happy with, secure in the knowledge I had understood all the ins and outs thanks to Nesh's clear explanations. He sorted all the mortgage and insurance on my behalf. He then communicated with the solicitor on my behalf, getting that rolling. I only needed to respond to emails with info or to give authority for things to proceed. During the process of buying, things cropped up. Whether it was something the estate agent or solicitor needed, something that I didn't understand or even just an update, Nesh was always at the end of a call. The estate agent we dealt with was actually great even though he was working to a tight time frame but there were a few things that I needed time with. Nesh spoke to him on my behalf when things were moving a bit too quickly for me, which gave me time to process some decisions. He then advised on those decisions, helping me to, once again, really understand what I was doing. At every part of the process, Nesh had my back and supported me. His advice and explanations were utterly invaluable. His fast service acting on my behalf with the estate agent and solicitor was exceptional. Above all, Nesh was genuinely happy when we got everything through! He called to congratulate me when all was done but throughout, he always answered the phone cheerfully and with incredible customer care. I really can not recommend Anesh Chauhan enough. He was friendly, professional and unbelievably comforting as a first time buyer. I will certainly be a repeat customer for renewal or anything else that might crop up. Thank you Nesh! I am a first time buyer with little knowledge in what is required to buy a house. I cannot recommend Anesh at Look after my mortgage enough. Buying a home is a scary enough process but as a first time buyer this is definitely worse. He walked us through all the steps and ensured it make sense to us without just rushing ahead. He was able to get us a great deal for our first home and we will definitely be coming back when it is time to re-mortgage.
