Absolutely shocking service! I was appointed Jaclyn to complete my mortgage, which took way longer than expected due to her incompetence. She would take weeks to reply to multiple emails, we was sent a whole other clients profile 'by mistake' including all personal information, she delayed things with the solicitors, who themselves remarked they had never had to deal with that lack of communication before, delay things upto the day before the dead line due to her being on annual leave constantly or just plain ignoring us and solicitors. I was also told I would be refunded certain fees due to her lack of being able to file and submit things in time to the mortgage company. I have been asking for my refund now for nearly a year, she asked for the bank details to make this refund payment and i have been ignored now for 4 months since then, and no sign of this refund. Shocking service and very unprofessional when I paid so much for the professional help, for her to actually cause the majority of the delays and sending wrong information etc. I am really quite disappointed . Especially now that i am being ignored and it doesn't seem i will get my refund. Appalling service on her part
