I found most of the staff I spoke to to be very disinterested and not very helpful at explaining the process for a first time buyer. Not exactly a good argument or service when they charge you a £500 fee. Based on this I am looking at another provider. However, Jessica was the one member of staff that was great - very informative and helpful and took a lot of time explaining the process, and it would have been a 5 star review had the other employees taken a similar approach to her.

Emma has been absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly, and always responded very quickly. Her support made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
