I can not praise Kath Stagg and her team: Isobel, Holly and Katie enough; they were amazing. From day one Kath was intuitive to my special needs. I suffer with anxiety and she kindly gave me extra support through a stressful time. She went well beyond her role; including escorting me to the solicitors. All her team were kind and polite; putting me at ease. Kath always replied to my texts and calls promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for her and her team. I would recomend Kath and her team to everyone. Not only are they efficient they are supportive.

Kathy and her team offer a fantastic service. I approached Kathy based on Facebook reviews and can honestly say it's been a good shout. As a first time, single buyer I was frightened. But Kathy and her team have been incredibly supportive and guided me throughout the process. Fix fee for mortgage application and another on completion. Well within competitive rates. Talking me through and submitting insurance applications as well as discussing mortgages, my requirements and needs. Communication is top tier. Their expertise are second to non and I would highly reccomend.
