13 Nov 2025Well well well Looks like this company is as dodgy as it gets Clear evidence of one of their firms Motion Mortgages and Protection (AFP Wokingham) amended manual case notes after the fact Clear evidence that the firm is withholding system case notes which they admitted to on call and trying to avoid sending these after giving a cock and bull story to the financial ombudsman service so a small claims court case is being prepared for ICO data breaches and financial loss after the firm failed to secure a rate for myself by refusing to pay a product fee up front and instead adding it to my mortgage balance with interest despite myself showing £129k on the require bank statement yet they claimed I couldn't afford £999 up front 🤣🤣🤣 and falsely claimed it was non refundable despite Nationwide confirming it was on call and on their intermediary website. So why didn't the FOS take this evidence into account? Good question, The University Of Warwick have asked participants including myself to put forward evidence of the FOS mishandling cases
