Josh was absolutely brilliant. Even from early doors when not seriously looking at houses he had time for us and helped us understand what sort of budget we were working with. When we found a property, Josh was flexible and had a call with us the day prior to the viewing. Josh got us and Agreement in principle in place that same evening. The home we viewed was in a perfect location for us and had attracted a lot of interest. The fact The Mortgage Heros have an existing relationship with a solicitor, made the difference (I believe) in me and my girlfriend securing our first home. Josh very generous with his time, expertise, while being professional and friendly. 6 days after viewing the property we have a Mortgage agreement, a solicitor, and are swiftly moving towards getting our keys. So fast and efficient. Finally, the fact that after their initial fees you become a lifetime customer (remortgaging etc…) makes using The Mortgage Heros an absolute no brainer in my opinion!!
