Adele Butt advised and supported me as a first time buyer from start to finish, in very stressful circumstances (including the solicitors I was using going into administration two weeks before the purchase was completed!). She was calm, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful from start to finish and I can't thank her enough. I would 100% recommend and am not exaggerating when I say that I'm not sure I would have had the resilience to see it through to the end without her. Thank you so very much!
