Karen is a proactive expert in what she does and she really looks after her clients. She makes sure not only that we get the best possible deal but that if the markets change she gets us the new best deal. She also is a well of knowledge with the moving process and checks on the progress of things completely in ways we never would have though. We cannot recommend her highly enough and will genuinely never want to move or remortgage without her!
