Gavin provided an excellent service in obtaining a mortgage for me. I was not the easiest of clients with several variables, age, finances etc but he was persistent and diligent in his processes. I had a mortgage with a major bank which was due for repayment but I wanted to renew and despite being a customer for forty years, nearly six times equity cover and sound financial history the bank did not have any interest in doing anything to help. Some bank loyalty! To the rescue came Gavin !! Fully supportive from the outset,found three possible mortgage sources and I went with his recommendation. A great solution too.
