I can never contact c.a.b Blackpool it's like fort knocks. ?!

What a joke of a place.they don't return calls and when you go down to there office it said appointments only how can you get an appointment,when they don't answer calls.the darhey on the door sudjests email them.maybe i will sent pigeon post.what a wase of a service.it should be closed down as its not fit for perpouse.

Useless, couldn't be bothered helping at all. Felt like I was being a hindrance by contacting them. Honestly to God, you get more help searching Google.

Unfortunately they weren't of any help whatever. When trying to get an appointment you speak to a receptionist who asks why you want to see someone , to then tell you someone will call in the next week to speak to you and make an appointment if they deem necessary which can take 2-4 weeks so forget it if you need help quickly. I remember when Citizens Advice were actually very good and extremely helpful, you could pop along and wait to see someone who would then give you follow on appointment if needed. Pity they are not very good anymore.
