My partner had a long-term job, no deposit and more than £20k of debt. We honestly weren’t sure if buying together was even possible. Sarah took the time to look at everything properly. She explained what we could afford, answered every question, and never made us feel rushed. By the end of May we’d found a property we loved. Sarah went straight into action, got us a mortgage in principle so we could put our offer in, and before long we had the full mortgage offer approved. She even recommended a lawyer who turned out to be brilliant too. Three months later, we’ve exchanged and completed. Looking back, I know we couldn’t have done it without her. She genuinely cared about getting us the right outcome and supported us through every stage. We’ll always be grateful.
