26 Jan 2026We used Warners Financial Services in 2019 to Mortgage our first home, and at last renewal just remortgaged with the original lender. However, due to the huge increase in rates since then, we absolutely took Mark Hood up on the offer of advice, when he contacted us. We were dreading the search due to rates being much higher now! But Mark went over everything clearly (over a zoom call) and didn't use complicated jargon. He made sure we understood everything and answered all our questions. He followed up our call with an email detailing what we discussed, and found a product we were happy with. He was efficient, quick to respond to emails and once we gave the go ahead, got everything sent over and kept us updated. He was also happy to answer a question I had about the conveyancing paperwork. We would really like to thank Mark for working with us to remortgage our home and would highly recommend him.
