We contacted Richard as he had been recommended by so many people on social media. We are so pleased we did. From the very start, from our initial enquiry Richard was prompt, informative and very approachable. Richard run us through a series of calls to ensure he had all the required information to give us an accurate outlook at our mortgage needs and what the market could offer us. With his calm support and due-diligence our mortgage application was submitted and with constant updates and reassurance. To our delight this was approved soon after. We owned 45% of a shared ownership house and wanted to staircase to 100%. I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. 5 stars is too little! I’d give him 10 if that option was available. There administration fee for there services is very competitive and cheaper than the big companies that in our previous experience boast to do everything and give everything but fall far below that expectation. Every email was replied back to in excellent time frames or any further information required by us was clearly stated and easy to understand. Richard does not stop there, he done all the leg work contacting and getting multiple quotes from different solicitors, while being that middle man to talk to our chosen solicitor that was selected from these quotations.
