This is by far and away, and without a shadow of a doubt, the best mortgage adviser/broker I have come across. Services are impeccable and Andy is always accommodating late requests on a short notice. It has been a roller coaster for me and my wife trying to secure a new house in today's market. Regardless of the outcome, Andy was always understanding and provided the best solutions in line with expectations. 2. There are no hidden fees, in fact there are no fees, regardless if the purchase goes through or not and where the purchase is finalised, Andy receives an incentive from the vendor/bank and not clients. All in all there are not enough words to describe Andy's outstanding services and professionalism.
